Position Overview:

We are in search of a world-class Executive Coordinator to join our dynamic team and drive our growth and expansion. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to enhance efficiency through data management, analysis, and strategic coordination.

BDR Team Coordination:

-Facilitate seamless communication and support for the Business Development Representatives (BDR) team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
-Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate progress, address challenges, and streamline collaborative efforts.

Sales Program Development:

-Collaborate in formalizing and enhancing the sales training program, utilizing your expertise to refine processes and optimize training materials.
-Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions towards the development of a world-class sales program.

CRM Management:

-Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.
-Leverage CRM insights to streamline sales processes and improve overall team efficiency.

Administrative Support and Documentation:

-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
-Create and manage documentation related to sales processes and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
-Proven track record in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
-Strong background in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and efficiency in sales processes.
-Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Must have leadership experience and be extremely organized.
-Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
-Fluency in English is a must.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Attendance required from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
