Experienced Credit Repair Agent

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable credit repair agent to join our remote team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

- Review client credit reports and identify negative items to be disputed
- Draft dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of clients
- Follow up and negotiate with credit bureaus and creditors to remove inaccurate items
- Provide credit coaching and education to help clients improve their credit profiles
- Maintain detailed client records and case notes in our CRM system
- Communicate with clients via phone, email and text to provide updates
- Meet monthly quotas for dispute letters sent and items removed

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a credit repair agent or specialist
- In-depth knowledge of credit reporting laws and FCRA regulations
- Strong writing skills for composing professional dispute letters
- Excellent phone skills for communicating with clients and credit bureaus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet for working remotely

Preferred Qualifications

- PCRC or similar credit repair certification
- Experience using a CRM like client dispute manager and project management tools
- Prior credit repair work experience
