Podcast Editing using descript, creating short videos & social posts

We're looking for someone who can help with the following tasks for roughly 15 hours per week.

- Edit videos using Descript. Use of Descript is a requirement.
- Create description, thumbnail, tags for videos. This can be done using AI.
- Create short vides from the long videos.
- Social posts of videos and shorts on various platforms (LinkedIn, X.com, facebook, Instagram, tiktok, youtube).

Additional tasks, not required but take minimum time and would be helpful:
- Scheduling calls with podcast guests.
- Create scripts for the conversations using the notes provided by guests and using AI to generate new questions.

We will provide all software that you need. Descript for video editing is the only tool that we are firm about using.
We will also provide training and work with you to make the relationship as beneficial to both parties as possible.
