Our finance officer oversees our organization's financial health and activities. Their responsibilities include managing budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
Charging and sending invoices to clients.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Process semi-monthly payroll.
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
Create monthly financials and trends- expenses vs profit.
Quarterly/Yearly budget and tracking.
Salaries tracking and increases, bonuses, etc
Manage the company's account receivables and payables.
Recorded the income by states.
Reconcile bank statements
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent eye for details
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using QuickBooks, Gsuite, Zoho People
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
