Virtual Assistant - Sales & Marketing Assistant - Central 23

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. We are a
small, creative London based company who make the most fun greeting cards and gift wraps.

The ideal candidate will have some marketing experience or a related background, possess
excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), and demonstrate a proactive
attitude towards identifying and engaging new customers. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will
play a crucial role in expanding our business by reaching out to potential customers in the US,
following up with leads, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. Our goal is to have our
cards in as many independent stores as possible!

This role will start as part time to start with, and will likely progress to full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
including email and phone communication.

• Lead Follow-Up: Engage with leads generated through customer outreach, nurturing them
through the sales pipeline and providing relevant information about our products/services.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
customers.

• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as email newsletters to
attract and engage customers.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of
customer outreach and provide insights for optimisation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Business Development to ensure alignment and
consistency in messaging and branding.

About You:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will need to keep track of the thousands of customers you have reached out to.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours and rate:
• Approx 4 hours a day (subject to increase due to business need)
• Hours would need to be between the UK working hours (9am - 5pm UK time)
• $4-5 per hour
