Your Role:
As a Finance Assistant at Premier Cranes & Rigging, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Accountant. This position focuses on the accurate handling of financial transactions, maintaining ledger integrity, and aiding in invoicing and accounts functions, ensuring the financial health of our operations.

What You’ll Do:

Financial Transactions Support:
Conduct daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows, ensuring all financial activities are recorded precisely.
Assist in journal entries and ledger upkeep to maintain accurate financial records.
Perform detailed financial data entry, upholding the accuracy and completeness of our financial information.
Capital and Operating Funding Support:
Manage data entry for asset capitalization and support the registration and tracking of new assets.
Ensure compliance and assist in maintaining detailed and accurate records of fixed assets.
Invoicing and Accounts Support:
Help process invoices and oversee accounts payable, including maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Assist in the processing and verification of purchase orders and manage customer invoicing and accounts to ensure timely payments.
Who You Are:

Detail-oriented with a robust knowledge of accounting practices and financial management.
Skilled in using Excel and various financial software applications, with strong organizational skills.
Effective at multi-tasking and able to work collaboratively across teams to support financial operations.
Familiar with the dynamics of the construction industry and motivated to contribute to a team-focused environment.
