Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer who thrives in a startup environment and has a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts using static images and motion graphics videos to effectively communicate our vision.

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce graphic materials, including motion graphics and animations, using a range of media, software, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and transform them into impactful visual narratives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail in all work produced.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, contemporary design across various platforms, including motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic startup team.

Preferred:
- Experience in web design and multimedia is a plus.
