Etsy and Wayfair Selling Specialist

OE Home is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Etsy and Wayfair Selling Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products through these popular online platforms, utilizing their expertise in eCommerce, marketing, and customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
? Set up and optimize product listings on Etsy and Wayfair, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for search
? Manage inventory levels, monitor sales data, and make informed decisions about restocking and pricing
? Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on the platforms
? Maintain high-quality customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve performance
? Analyze sales data and other key metrics to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic decision-making
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and supply chain, to streamline operations and drive success

Requirements:
? Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling products on Etsy and Wayfair
? Strong knowledge of eCommerce principles, online marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies
? Familiarity with unique requirements and best practices for each platform, including SEO optimization, listing management, and inventory control
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in providing excellent customer service
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
? Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as spreadsheets, project management software, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or additional relevant experience preferred
