JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Recruiting Strategy:
-Develop and execute an overall recruiting strategy.
-Identify hiring needs and collaborate with department managers.

Talent Sourcing:
-Utilize various sources (databases, social media, employee referrals) to attract candidates.
-Proactively build a strong talent pipeline.

Job Analysis and Descriptions:
-Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
-Understand job requirements and objectives.

Candidate Screening:
-Review resumes and applications.
-Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools/methods.
-Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft skills.

Onboarding:
-Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Candidate Relationship Management:
-Build influential relationships with candidates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or other applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
