ROLE OVERVIEW

Seeking a dynamic Team Lead with a knack for closing deals to spearhead our cold calling team. Elevate from a cold caller to a leadership role with rapid advancement opportunities. You're highly motivated, independent, actively seek feedback, constantly improving, and thrive in autonomy.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Management: Minimum 1 year leading and hiring teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Cold Calling: 2+ years as a closer with a strong track record of closing sales
- Attitude: Resilient and fearless about cold calling – is okay with rejections
- Drive: Ambition to chase deals persistently – always eager for that one more call.
- Communication: Exceptional listening skills, empathetic, friendly, and adept at building quick rapport.

COMPENSATION
- Base: $4-$7/hour (depending on experience)
- Bonus: $1500 for each deal closed

HOURS & PLACE OF WORK
- Remote position, offering flexibility
- Full time - 8 hours/day cold calling
- Must be available during California time zone (7am-5pm Pacific)
