What You’ll Be Doing
You will be working with several other tea
Provide prompt communication to guests using Guesty, a property management software that facilitates communication and calendar management for Airbnb guests.
Assist guests with check-in, check-in, parking, operation of appliances, and any customer service related questions pertaining to their stay
Communicate daily with cleaning team, report and coordinate maintenance issues, make orders for supplies, coordinate various items to be purchased for the rental properties.
Create new Airbnb listings, sync with Guesty, ensure photos and descriptions are optimized
Create check-in and out documents for new properties
Manage a number of spreadsheets with information related to logins of airbnb accounts, listing information, internet and hydro information etc..
Work will mainly be between the hours of 1PM and 9PM EST
