Jr. Shopify Web Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor the functionality and optimizations of the website.
• Manage the creative development, user experience, functionality, and content feedback on the website on an ongoing basis in service of our business marketing goals.
• Work with the design team to create unique, strong, and inventive front-end user experiences.
• Create a seamless connection with marketing tools, platform APIs, and Shopify applications to optimize the store for overall efficiency and functionality.
• Ensure that the website complies with appropriate laws and regulations, including accessibility.
• Perform content updates, page construction, and section redesigns based on business requirements.
• Test and debug websites to improve performance.
• Increase conversion rates by optimizing the website.
• Collaborate with various content and marketing teams to develop a cohesive marketing plan that aligns with specific campaign launches.
• Respond quickly to changes in digital marketing trends, and algorithm changes and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Report, monitor, and analyze site performance (e.g., traffic, conversions, cart abandonment).
• Report website errors and the corresponding solutions.

Requirements
• More than 2 years of work experience as a web developer.
• Must have experience using Shopify.
• Must have a strong E-commerce background.
• Deep understanding and proven experience with SEO.
• Proven skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of third-party services and APIs, as well as Shopify plugins.
• Mandatory proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using Semrush.
• Experience with Asana, Upgrade to see actual info, or Semrush is a plus.
