Job Description:
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Hiring Manager to join our team at Upgrade to see actual info. As the Hiring Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and success of our company by attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across the nation. This position is remote and requires adept management of the hiring process, ensuring the acquisition of skilled individuals who embody our company values and mission.

Responsibilities:

Strategically post job advertisements on various platforms, including Indeed, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist, to target a nationwide pool of candidates
Review incoming resumes and applications, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
Maintain meticulous records of candidate information and interview feedback to facilitate informed hiring decisions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations for hiring
Extend employment offers and manage the onboarding process, including distribution of necessary paperwork and coordination of training sessions
Continuously refine and optimize the hiring process to enhance efficiency and efficacy
Requirements:

Proficiency in spoken and written English
Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
Demonstrated experience within the real estate industry, coupled with a background in hiring management
Familiarity with job posting platforms such as Indeed, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for interpersonal interaction
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
