Customer Service Representative


Duties:

Provide timely and helpful assistance to customers, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and social media platforms.
Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling emails, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing email content for engagement.
Engage with our audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Streamline administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and data entry to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline customer service processes.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service, ecommerce operations, and digital marketing.

Required Experience:

Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation. High American English fluency
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software and social media management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, with a growth mindset and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team and the business.
