Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a go-getter and do-it-all Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and supporting clients directly, as well as handling outbound calls and emails to Clients who need help with their local operations (deliveries, repairs, warehouses, storage, etc.). You’ll need to be proactive and work on your own, making your own scripts and templates, and creating their own approaches when needed. We’ll help you, of course, but we’re also a startup, so you’re going to need to figure out a lot of this on your own (fun, right?).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to explain our service and close sales.
- Source and support clients directly, providing great customer service and sales support.
- Work with the rest of the Operations team to improve how we set appointments, manage and onboard Clients.
- Create and manage your own scripts and email templates as needed.
- Maintain and manage a CRM system like HubSpot or Salesforce to keep our data on point.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, support, or appointment setting.
- Knowing your way around CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus!
- Great communication skills—able to express ideas and solutions clearly.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own and take charge in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in onboarding or staffing is a plus!
- A passion for sales and top-notch customer service.
