The Role:
We are seeking an All-Round Talent - Assistant, a versatile individual who can manage a variety of tasks with enthusiasm and precision. This role is perfect for a proactive, resourceful, and organized person who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is capable of adapting to diverse challenges.

Your Mission:

Assist with daily operational tasks across various departments including marketing, administration, and project management.
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other company functions.
Provide research support and manage databases as needed.
Help implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and project progression.

What You Bring:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is considered a significant advantage.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in handling confidential information and documents.
