Social Media Virtual Assistant

Hello, I am looking for a virtual assistant to join my small team!

I’m a female travel YouTuber and my main focus is on creating YouTube videos, but I often run out of time to post on the other platforms, reply to comments and keep up to date with other admin tasks. I'm seeking a virtual assistant who has experience with social media platforms and I am looking to work together long-term.

I believe to start with, it’ll be around 5-10 hours per week. But it will likely grow to more hours as the channel grows and there is more tasks needing done.

Tasks I need help with at the Upgrade to see actual infont:

- Assist with replying to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram comments in my tone of voice.
- Update figures on media kit and website each week (follower and view counts)
- Organise and schedule repurposed short-form content on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
- Find trending Instagram reel concepts and audios which my travel footage could be made into.
- Assist with YouTube SEO keyword research for YouTube video descriptions and tags (I have software and will provide training).
- Create social media reports for clients (we will create a Canva template)
- Plus more tasks as they come up!

Requirements:
- Perfect English as you’ll be replying to comments in my tone of voice
- Experience with scheduling short-form content on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram using a VPN.
- Knowledge of trending reels on Instagram and be able to come up with ideas of how we can turn my travel footage into trending reels - you can work together with my video editor who can do the editing.
- Fast internet for downloading and uploading content
- Experience using Canva
- A person who is very organised, reliable, has high attention to detail, good communication, has initiative and can deal with multitasking and pressure.
