JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Lead/Salesperson who will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing and motivating teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and actively participating in selling products or services.

Key Responsibilities (Team Lead):
> Lead and motivate a team to achieve individual and team targets.
> Set clear sales goals and provide guidance and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve them.
> Monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
> Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
> Key Responsibilities (Salesperson):
> Conduct sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
> Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
> Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
> High levels of emotional intelligence.
> Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, sales, or a related field.
> Proven experience in management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
> Previous experience in sales supervisory roles is preferred.
> Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
> Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
> Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
> Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
> Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
> Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Prior experience in an educational or medical field is a plus.
3. CRM software experience.
