About this role:
Are you an Excel whiz who thrives on compiling data, creating calculations and formulas, and turning them into actionable insights through analytical thinking and problem-solving? Leverage your Excel and data analysis expertise to optimize all aspects of our FBA logistics operations, including purchase orders, while ensuring we are always well stocked and not overstocked. As the Operations Manager, you will also oversee billing, and customer support, and ensure all Amazon compliance. You'll streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, grow sales through data analytics and generate actionable insights to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

You will be able to use your hard skills and expertise in Excel and data analysis combined with your soft skills such as communication, organization, streamlining processes, and being on top of multiple functions of the business.

Required Skills:

Hard Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, like vlookup, sumifs, forecasting, and formulas.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and forecast future demand.
- Experience with inventory management concepts, including stock level optimization and lead time considerations.
- Combine and Analyze large datasets, simplifying them to make the data understandable.

Soft Skills
- Great leadership and management skills. Organized and in control of many moving parts of the business.
- Coordinate shipping schedules with suppliers, warehouses, and truckers and follow all the platform requirements and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of the Amazon platform on how to create shipments. Prevent and resolve issues.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the projects and roles they are working on.

Applicant should provide a written document on how success is defined for:
- Role of Operations Manager.
- Each Job function.
- Required KPIs to monitor for success.

Job Details:

FBA / WFS - Ensure we are well stocked (enough) and not overstocked:
- Weekly restock FBA / WFS
- Shipment Performance: Ensure there are no errors, if errors occur resolve them immediately.
- FBA Scorecards KPI: Update scorecards to ensure proper monitoring.
- Review FBA inaccurate charges (like oversize) and create cases.
- Update the Inventory monitoring app

PO’s - Ensure we have enough stock:
- Review biweekly inventory
- Prepare PO quantity files
- Coordinate shipping schedule
- Schedule and review inspections

Billing - Ensure billing is correct and monitored:

- Update all billing
- Review FBA refunds

Customer Service - Resolve customer issues and make them happy:

- Respond to all customer service inquiries from all platforms
- Ensure responses are all on time.
- Keep scorecard track
- Organize and create a list of issues

P&L KPI Scorecard - monitor sales and profitability:
- Scorecards

Feedback and Reviews:
- Remove negative reviews and feedback
- Scorecard for removal and issues
