We're currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Corresponding with clients via our CRM, Follow Up Boss, through text and email
- Listing properties on various platforms and social media channels
- Handling administrative tasks like creating PDF fillable documents and completing contracts
- Engaging in minor graphic design projects
- Minor updates on WordPress website

Skills:

- Proficient in English is an absolute requirement
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Competent in graphic design using tools like Canva or similar programs
- Experience in WordPress a plus
- Quick to learn new platforms
- While social media experience is preferred, it's not mandatory
- Open to coaching and able to follow detailed instructions
- Compensation is negotiable and includes bonus opportunities.
