JOB OVERVIEW

1. Managing listings (VRBO, airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, homeaway…)

2. Sync listings and calendars across different platforms (hosthub or similar)

3. Pricing strategy (pricelabs or similar) - not for now

4. Communicate closely with guests, maintenance team and cleaning company

5. Create manual for guests (best restaurants on the island…, signs (canva), manuals (for example how to use our coffee machine)

6. Record expenses, income, VAT, eco tax, rents, bookings…in google sheets

7. Orders online (inventory, new furniture etc)

8.......etc

- We want somebody to be available 7 days a week, but the working hours are flexible (sometimes 1 hour a day, sometimes 5 hours a day...it depends on the season etc)

- We need somebody comitted, with attention to detail, willing to learn and work with minimal supervision and who can work with us long term.

- In return you will get flexible working hours, salary increase overtime and full time income for your family for long term.

!! Please contact me only if you have some experience with short term holiday vacation rental property business - I need someone who at least has an idea about this kind of business and how the platforms work.
