**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate closely with the individual to understand their vision, goals, and ongoing projects.
2. Manage social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Create engaging and informative content for social media posts, ensuring alignment with the individual's personal brand voice.
4. Research and curate relevant content related to diversity, race, equality, mental health, disability rights, and other intersectional topics.
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of the individual's personal brand voice and online presence.
6. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
7. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and collaborations.
8. Provide administrative support as needed, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.
9. Assist in the development and promotion of podcasts, webinars, and other digital content.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and best practices to continually improve the individual's online presence and influence.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
4. Knowledgeable about diversity, race, equality, mental health, disability rights, and related topics.
5. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Proficiency in English.
8. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
9. Prior experience in influencer marketing or personal branding is desirable.
