Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a candidate who excels at project management and client communication, with a solid understanding of Shopify and experience using Trello for task management. The successful applicant will be instrumental in supporting our team by triaging client needs, planning tasks, and ensuring effective communication both internally and with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Trello for task and project management to ensure projects are on track and stakeholders are informed.
Understand the basics of Shopify, including administrative functions and theme settings, to support clients effectively.
Actively manage projects, working closely with clients to assess their needs, plan tasks, and prioritize deliverables.
Maintain regular communication with clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
Prepare comprehensive recaps of calls and meetings, outlining actionable steps and ensuring these are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
Assist in the scheduling and coordination of meetings, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and resources.
Develop and maintain organized filing systems and records for better efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative support role with a focus on client communications and project management.
Experience using Trello for managing projects and tasks.
General understanding of Shopify platform management but not required to have programming skills.
Strong ability to prepare detailed calls and meeting recaps with actionable next steps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
