Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
*This position will start as part-time with the potential to become full-time. Initially, the working hours are in the afternoon, but will expand to full-day hours including a lunch break when shifted to full-time.
Work Hours:
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM PST
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: $7-$9 per hour

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and effective management of the COO's commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the COO in catching up on emails that are 4 weeks behind, ensuring all communications are timely responded to or delegated appropriately.
Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and other logistical details.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence, redirecting as necessary to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review and distribution.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment setup.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and the leadership team, aiding in the efficient operation of the organization.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the tasks at hand.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
High level of discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
