What We Need: As our After-Hours Intake Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for potential clients calling in after regular business hours. This position would require you to work from 4PM-12PM Central Standard Time. Your main mission? To listen, empathize, and gather essential information about their cases. If you've got a way with words and a talent for sales, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do:
• Answer incoming calls from potential clients during evening hours.
• Conduct intake interviews to collect vital details about their cases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with callers.
• Keep meticulous records using our computer systems.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure every client feels heard and valued.

What You'll Bring:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• A warm, welcoming personality and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Bonus points if you're bilingual (Spanish/English), but it's not a deal-breaker!
