JOB OVERVIEW

My name is kevin

I am looking to hire a full time virtual assistant with experience with content management systems similar to wordpress & click funnels & with a willingness to learn how to use similar systems

Primary Role Outline:
Formatting of content into website content management systems (Click funnels, Go high level, wordpress)
Formatting of content into email marketing systems (Active campaign or similar)

Role Description
We have a number of frameworks built out in content management systems that we need to have content placed into:
Your role will be to take the content we provide you (In google docs Or in a native sample website) & format it into the frameworks we provide you with.
Ensuring the formatting of the content is done appropriately so it matches requirements that you are given.


Secondary Role:
General assistant on similar content formatting style tasks & or content formatting in similar software systems.
General Assistant able to assist in general business tasks as required.

Skills:
- Experience with wordpress, click funnels, go high level or similar content management systems
- Data entry / content management system entry
- Willingness to learn how to use new softwares.
- Conversational English speaker.
- Good at taking direction and following instructions
- Access to a stable and reliable internet connection and your own computer to work from (Required)
- Updating On Timelines for completion & responsive in slack


Additional skills That Would Be Useful But Not Required:
HTMl/CSS skills to make small design modifications to websites.
Experience With Slack
Experience with email marketing systems (Active campaign) Or willingness to learn how to use them:
Experience WIth Zoom & willingness to work on zoom for feedback.

Hours For Work:
Monday - Friday - Full time
11am to 7pm GMT Time
Pay: $1,000 Per month with relevant coding experience $800 per month if not
We do pay 13th month:
