Recruiter (Crypto)

American startup is seeking a dedicated IT Recruiter Crypto with approximately one year of experience in the recruitment field, specializing in sourcing candidates across a range of IT and tech-related positions, including developers, QA testers, as well as non-tech roles like Business Analysts and Project Managers.


What you’ll accomplish:

-Create job descriptions of ideal candidates
-Analyzing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
-Reviewing candidate applications and assessing suitability for interview
-Conducting candidate sourcing
-Managing candidate assessments
-Organizing candidate interviews
-Preparing and completing Recruiting and Human Resources administration
-Managing employee onboarding

Requirements:

-At least 1 year of recruitment experience (Crypto) within an in-house or RPO environment
-Demonstrated experience in technology recruitment in Crypto
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical process
-Strong Microsoft/Google suite skills
