Urgently looking for an Inside Sales Agent!

We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate investment company in San Fran, CA metro area. We buy and sell single-family houses directly from sellers or through brokers.

Besides performing daily sales functions the candidate will also be performing a mix of virtual assistant, customer service rep (CSR), and data entry duties.

Responsibilities:

-Manage inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups (call, text, email, voice messages).
-Cold call sellers and contact counties/cities for leads.
-Generate leads from online sources (Zillow FSBO, FSBO Sites, Craigslist, GoSection8).
-Send offers for MLS and pending properties.
-Update KPI
-Maintain mailing lists.
-Process mailing orders
-Skip trace owners.
-Make offers on MLS listings.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-Minimal non-American accent to provide a sense of speaking with someone in the United States.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage notes, records, and CRM data accurately.
-Kind, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.

Requirements:

-Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
-RAM: 8 GB or more.
-Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
