JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction:
As a B2B Advertising Account Manager at Hiya International you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advertising solutions and our business clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client relationships, overseeing the onboarding process, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless and productive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of business clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Lead the client onboarding process, including initial setup, training, and integration of our advertising solutions into client workflows.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to tailor advertising solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights to optimize their advertising strategies.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly, serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical team.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive products to proactively suggest enhancements and new features.
Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
