Experienced Team manager & Quality Control

Looking for an experienced manager to grow a small team producing news content on Wordpress.

Helping with things like:

Hiring and training new writers, photo editors, etc

Creating systems in google docs and loom videos for new hires

Monitoring performance of workers and providing feedback via slack group

Making sure all work is up to quality standards to prepare for publishing.

Managing content scheduling via Google sheets

MUST have prior experience as I do not have time to train in this role. Please do not apply if you do not have experience managing a team and using these platforms.

Must be self motivated and willing to learn quickly and develop systems without a lot of guidance.

As team grows and work progresses willing to increase pay over time
