- 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry in a shared service/professional service environment: We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of excellence in collaboration.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily income and expense ledgers, and meticulously manage tenant and property ledgers.
-Ensure all financial operations run smoothly, from income collection to bill payments.
-Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports with precision.
-Utilize QBO for data entry, categorization, financial projections, and profit enhancement strategies.
-Play a pivotal role in our growth by working directly with our team in Canada.

Skills/Education Required:
-Superior communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
-Proactive with a winning attitude
-A keen sense of organization.
-A degree in Accounting or similar degree.

Proficiency in Tools:
-QuickBooks Online (QBO)
-Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
-Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Regular Tasks Include:
-Bank Balance Maintenance: Ensuring a sufficient buffer in bank balances, initiating transfers, and reconciling transactions.
-Accounts Payable Management: Processing bills, informing approvers, and maintaining a seamless payment process.
-Project Management Fee Processing: Managing payments to project managers, ensuring timely and accurate financial handling.
-Bank and Credit Card Categorization: Keeping financial transactions organized and up to date.
-Credit Card Maintenance: Managing and categorizing transactions, ensuring credit cards are paid promptly.
-Inter-company Bank Transfers: Managing the financial logistics between affiliate companies.
-Book Maintenance and Monthly Reporting: Uploading bills, recording payments, and generating insightful financial reports to guide business decisions.

As Needed:
-Property Transactions: Handling the financial aspects of property purchases and sales.
-Quick Reports: Providing snapshots of financial health regarding credit transactions and rents.
