Responsibilities:
-Write original and engaging scripts for my YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram content.
-Research the latest trends to ensure our content is relevant and captivating.
-Collaborate with me to discuss and refine content ideas.
-Edit and adjust scripts based on feedback.
-Help develop content strategies that align with my goals when needed.

Requirements:
-Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
-Strong research skills with a keen eye for trends.
-Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
-Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
-Openness to constructive feedback and script revisions.

Preferred:
-Experience in scriptwriting or content creation, especially for social media.
-Adaptability in tone and style to match the voice of my channel.
-Passion for and knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
