Senior Web Designer

W are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in utilizing Figma, adept at prototyping, animation, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and expertise in adaptive design. The role will involve working on various projects, requiring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
– Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs for various projects (e-commerce, medical etc.).
– Utilize Figma to conceptualize, design, and prototype website layouts and interfaces.
– Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes through adaptive design techniques.
– Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and UX/UI.

Requirements
– 3+ years proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
– Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
– Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
– Ability to create prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.
– Experience with animation and interactive design elements.
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
– Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.

– Salary from $14 up to $17 per hour

Working Conditions
– Working schedule: Monday to Friday, EST business hours;
– Monthly payments on Payoneer/PayPal/crypto;
– The position is offered as a freelance contract.
– Days off and vacations are granted upon prior approval from the employer.
