KeyNest is an innovative start-up that provides an essential service at the heart of the sharing economy: a place to store your keys temporarily so that they can be easily shared with Airbnb guests, family and friends, cleaners, maintenance, estate agents, car renters, etc. Every year, millions of KeyNest users collect their keys from our one of 5,000 KeyNest points across the globe.
We are looking for an ambitious, committed Digital Marketing Lead who is eager to take on new challenges, is able work autonomously to identify the marketing opportunities with the highest potential and execute them successfully to propel the company forward across our multiple products, markets, and geographies. The successful candidate will be creative to come up with engaging initiatives to attract prospects, and data-led to measure the performance of each initiative.

You’ll be working with two founders who are keen to give you full autonomy as soon as possible and will not hesitate to promote and reward high-achieving individuals and provide them the tools needed to realise their full potential. We strongly believe that high job satisfaction leads to high performance.

We are more interested in you than your location. Hybrid working options are available out of our London and Paris offices. Fully remote working is also possible from anywhere in the world. This is a full-time role and we are not open to freelancers.

Responsibilities

Marketing strategy
- You will translate the business strategy into a workable marketing plan that will be well thought out with clear KPIs and timelines.
- Prioritize time effectively across different channels based on impact of own work on expected ROI of each channel.

PPC & SEO management, data analysis and reporting
- Fully automate the reporting process by building a dashboard on Looker Studio that connects with GA and Google Ads to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Improve our existing PPC campaigns and create new ones as we launch new products / new markets.
- Optimise our website copy with sector-specific landing pages to generate leads and relevant blog content to maintain our leading SEO position.

Who we are looking for
- Comfortable self-learning whatever is needed to take on new challenges independently.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to manage initiatives from A to Z.
- Professional English proficiency.
- You’ve worked in/for a start-up or scale-up before, in a growth or marketing role or as a founder, or for a startup on the agency side.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills, able to plan projects and resources needed, then execute with a solutions-oriented mindset and assess results autonomously.
- Numbers-first marketer who enjoys digging into the data to disprove hypothesis/validate assumptions.
- Excellent communicator (written, verbal, visual)
