Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Special Assistant who combines the capabilities of an Executive Assistant with those of a Business Manager. This pivotal role involves managing both administrative duties and business operations, including financial tasks and strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the potential to transition to a full-time, in-office role at our headquarters in Dubai based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative functions such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Develop and oversee business presentations and comprehensive reports (deck building).
Handle financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Assist in strategic business planning and project management.
Act as the main liaison between senior management and other stakeholders.
Organize and prioritize critical issues and necessary information to facilitate efficient decision-making for executives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or similar role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong skills in business presentation creation and complex spreadsheet management (deck building experience).
In-depth knowledge of business finance, including budgeting and financial management.
High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
Flexible and adept at multitasking across various business aspects.
Additional Information:
This position requires availability for an in-person interview in the Philippines on Tuesday, April 23rd.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to relocate to our headquarters in Dubai for a full-time, in-office position, depending on their performance and integration into the team.
