Temporary Recruitment Specialist for Live-in Nannies

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to assist in hiring multiple live-in nannies. The specialist will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and scheduling as many qualified candidates as possible for face-to-face interviews in a single day.

Responsibilities:
Develop and post job advertisements tailored to live-in nannies.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to maximize applicant reach within the Philippines.
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to ensure candidates meet specific qualifications and standards.
Coordinate and schedule all interviews for a single, specified day, ensuring a streamlined and efficient interview process.
Communicate effectively with both the hiring manager and candidates to facilitate clear expectations and logistics for the interview day.

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with specific expertise in domestic staffing preferred.
Strong understanding of the labor market and employment laws in the Philippines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work on a tight schedule and deliver results promptly.
Proficiency in English and Tagalog.
