Project Manager

Scope of Work:

Track goals & KPIs
Prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and keep the squad on track
Break down big ideas into achievable milestones with deadlines
Oversee A/B tests and growth experiments
Keep everyone on the same page
Write design requirements to ensure the visual elements of the experiments are designed correctly
Create technical specs outlining the functionality needed for the experiment to run smoothly
Define clear QA parameters for intended test functionality and accurate data collection
Manage sprint reviews and planning for alignment and progress



Qualifications:


Prior experience in project management, preferably in a technology or design-related field. At least 3 years of proven experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in analyzing data and metrics to track progress toward KPIs and other project outcomes.
Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in project management (preferably Slack, Click Up, etc)
Experience with A/B Testing (preferred)
Experience with Agile Methodologies (preferred)
Keen to details and strong management skills
