Work Hours / Schedule: Full-Time, Schedule is to be determined but will be two possible shifts:
• Saturday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday, off Wednesday and Sunday
• Sunday to Thursday, off Friday and Saturday
Hours: 2PM to 9PM EST on weekdays; 10am-4pm on weekends
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact with customers throughout the day by providing them with remarkable service to help them with their questions, concerns, or with placing an order - by phone,
You’ll assist customers with product selection decisions by providing suggestions or information.
Attend calls with customers who require more information regarding various products that can be found on our website.
Place follow-up calls and send follow-up
Return
Conduct outreach/outbound calls
Accurately enter customer-provided information in a web-based store and production processing system.
Effectively communicate with the warehouse team regarding shipments.
Participate in training sessions with your Manager and actively seek professional development.
Assist in other areas as needed and when time allows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• MUST be fluent in verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
• MUST have previous customer service experience of at least 5 years, with VA experience is a plus.
• Comfortable and great communication skills through phone,

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and tasks to be accomplished.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound is a plus.
• Must have experience with Slack,
• Stable Internet connection
• Must have your own workspace set up, laptop or desktop of at least i5 or higher, ability to run basic working apps, multiple browser tabs and software, and having a secondary monitor is preferred but not required.
