UK Experienced VA s to Manage Serviced Accommodation Business

I am recruiting few VA s who already have excellent knowledge and experience in Upgrade to see actual info, AirBnB, Other OTA s and in Managing Serviced Accommodation business in UK. SO I DON'T HAVE TO TRAIN THEM.

$$$ BONUS on top of SALARY $$$
$3 for every 5/5 star guest review on any of our properties you manage.
+
$3 for every direct booking you have achieved, successfully resulting in business completion.
&
$(can be discussed) For achieving business turnover targets on a monthly basis.


We are looking for those who already have Expertise and experience in running Serviced Accommodation business in United Kingdom
+
experience in attending phone calls and in communications with fluency in verbal and written English language.

DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE THIS ROLE WILL LEAD TO A LONG TERM FULL TIME JOB.

Successful VA s will have to be good and polite at handling Guest calls and communications anytime (mainly expected between 2pm and 11pm London, UK time, which is 10pm to 7am next day morning Philippines time)

Usually calls will be very rare as we will be giving all instructions and videos well in advance to avoid calls. Quick replies to Guest messages are expected.

Majority of the work is to deal with Upgrade to see actual info, AirBnB & other OTA s, Chanel Manager, Email s, Guest communications, Social media, marketing, website etc management and everything associated in running and managing the Serviced Accomodation business in UK. So they need to be already well experienced and very good at this.

ONLY THOSE WHO ARE HAPPY WITH ABOVE TERMS AND ARE ALREADY EXPERIENCED IN RUNNING SERVICED ACCOMMODATION BUSINESS ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS IN UNITED KINGDOM ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
