Cold caller/ administrative taksks

I need someone that can cold call businesses in my area and set up appointments so I can go give quotes. I need someone sales focused and fluent English. Most of the time I need you cold calling. Sometimes I will have some web research things to get done. Please have a closer mentality and be able to follow up and record interactions. Need to be able to also follow up with customers if needed to reach the decision maker.
