Qualifications:
Previous 1+ years' experience as a Vacant Land Virtual Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in using real estate tools such as Data Tree, Zillow, and Web Harvy.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs meticulously.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
