Looking for an experienced Sales Operations VA

We are a fast growing global business looking for an experienced Sales Operations VA to support the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales order management - including communicating with warehouses to ensure orders are completed
Inventory management - controlling inventory across multiple sales platforms
Sales Channel Integrations - set up channel integrations and ensure they are operating smoothly
Reporting - stock reports, monthly sales reports, other reporting as required
Data Entry - support the demand and sales teams with data entry and analysis as required

Reliable – you are the type of person who does what they say they will do
A great communicator – you are open and transparent in your communication. You are not afraid to have open conversations if problems arise
Strong attention to detail
Proactive - you take the initiative to improve processes and tools to better meet business objectives

Basic Skills:
Proficient English (will be assessed during the recruitment process) - spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google Sheets
Highly Accurate data entry

Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel is highly regarded
Tech Savvy - you are able to quickly learn new software and systems as required

Desired (But Not Essential) Technical Skills:
BI / Other Data Warehouse proficiency

Experience:
We are looking for a candidate who has 2+ years of experience in a similar role with experience in the following:
* Shopify Backend Management
* Warehouse Management Systems including integrations
* Experience managing orders from US sales channels - Walmart, Target, Nordstrom, Macys
