Job Description:
As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in expanding our market reach by making cold calls and sending follow-up
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and gauge interest.
Manage and maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them via
Draft and send personalized follow-up
Track and report on the outcomes of calls and
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine call scripts and
Assist in scheduling meetings or calls between potential clients and sales representatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing or cold calling, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data, create reports, and maintain records.
Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
