Influencer Marketing Assistant - Permanent Work From Home

I am looking for an Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from sourcing, outreach, contract coordination, and negotiation, briefing of branding guidelines, fulfillment/logistics support, management of ongoing campaigns, and QA on influencer content until campaign/performance reporting.

Salary Range: up to 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role:
- Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters (e.g., number of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC).
- Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
- Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)
- Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
- Escalating issues when appropriate regarding affiliates/influencer's contract negotiation and/or deliverables
- Facilitation of contract closing
- Draft project briefing documents with client guidance so affiliates/influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
- QC ongoing campaigns (review if the content posted is within the guidelines)
- Analyze influencer and affiliate data to ensure we are continuously working with the right people

The Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns is a must-have
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must-have
- Must have intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office
- Experience with Aspire or an influencer/affiliate marketing program is a nice-to-have
- Preferably from the Beauty industry experience, beauty brands, hair brands, DTC experience
- Being familiar with demographics of mostly GenZ/millennials, content creators, and hair stylists is preferred
- Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
- Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US
