JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to meet specific marketing objectives and KPIs.
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to optimize campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed about changes in ad platforms, algorithms, and policies, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Deep understanding of digital advertising principles, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to paid advertising is a plus.
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are desirable but not required.
