Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to enhance our agile practices by focusing on grooming and refining user stories to maximize clarity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile principles and the ability to facilitate, coach, and lead teams toward achieving their sprint goals.
Key Responsibilities
Backlog Refinement: Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to break down and refine user stories, ensuring they meet the criteria for clarity and feasibility before sprint planning.
Sprint Planning and Execution: Lead and manage sprint planning meetings, ensuring the team commitments are feasible and aligned with project goals.
Agile Coaching: Educate and guide the team on agile best practices, Scrum principles, and other methodologies to enhance team performance and dynamics.
Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement.
Impediment Removal: Actively identify and address barriers that impede the team’s progress, facilitating swift resolution and maintaining Upgrade to see actual infontum.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communication channel between the development team and project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project updates and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to refine and improve the agile process, encouraging feedback from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within agile teams.
Strong understanding of and experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient with agile project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
