VA & Content Creator

We're a company passionate about empowering travel advisors and we're seeking a talented individual to join us as a Virtual Assistant and Content Creator. In this role, you'll wear two hats, providing top-notch administrative support while also flexing your creative muscles to develop informative and inspiring content for travel advisors.

About You:

Very strong English is required.
You are a fast learner who likes to learn to use technology (and chat GPT)
You're a whiz at organization
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can craft compelling content.
Proficiency in Canva Pro is a must
You pay close attention to detail
Most importantly, you are highly reliable and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently.

Your Responsibilities: This position requires you to be fully available M-F between 10am EST - 5pm EST. If you have never worked overnight, this may not work for you. I need you to be working when I am working.

Administrative Rockstar:
Manage travel advisor accounts and inquiries efficiently.
Provide support to our travel advisor clients
Help maintain an online community
Help with organization, often using Google Sheets and Docs

Content Creation Rockstar:
Develop engaging content relevant to travel advisors. *You will not be responsible for social media
Stay on top of travel industry trends and curate content that inspires and educates travel advisors.
