JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a level 1 or Level 2 technical support analyst to assist with our helpdesk tickets.

The role will be providing support via email and telephone to our staff. Assisting with our website and telephone system as well as other windows and office support tickets.

The role is up to 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis for 3 months and if successful can be long term.
