Etsy Shop Administrative Assistant & Mockup Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and versatile individual to join our team as an Etsy Shop Administrative Assistant & Mockup Specialist. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing our Etsy shop, "hustlionstudio," by handling various administrative tasks and creating captivating mockups for personalized orders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the Etsy shop, including but not limited to order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management.
- Utilize graphic design software to create high-quality mockups for personalized products such as tumblers, apparel, and accessories.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders by coordinating with production teams and suppliers to meet customer expectations.
- Continuously optimize product listings and imagery to enhance the visual appeal and customer experience on the Etsy platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, particularly within the personalized products niche, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in Canva.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Prior experience with Etsy or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
