Rate: $5-$6/hr Plus $25-$100 Bonuses per sale, and earn up to 59,000 PHP +/month while working from home.
Schedule:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with a 30-min lunch break, unpaid breaks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, especially in the SaaS/Technology Company
- Proven track record of success in generating and qualifying leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of motivation and drive
- Proficiency in the use of sales development tools, such as ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot, RingCentral, and Slack
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling,
Daily Activity KPIs:
i. Make 60+ outbound calls
ii. Send 100+ personalized
iii. Execute 25+ LinkedIn outreach activities (connection requests, InMails, etc.)
iv. Send daily activity reports to reporting Account Executive and Sales Manager
Weekly Activity KPIs:
i. Generate 8+ qualified leads (set meetings)
- Qualify leads by researching their company, understanding their needs, and determining their fit for the product or service.
- Nurture leads through the sales process by providing them with information and resources that are relevant to their needs.
- Work closely with Account Executives to close deals
